Citizenship

Features:

For Permanent Resident visa holder who is willing to become an Australian Citizen. 


Eligibility:

· Have lived in Australia on a valid Australian visa for four years immediately before applying.

· Must have been a permanent resident for the 12 months immediately before making an application.

· Not have been absent from Australia for more than one year in total, during the four year period.

· Not have been absent from Australia for more than 90 days in the 12 months before applying.

· Attend the Citizenship Test. 

Resident Return Visa (subclasses 155 and 157)

Features:

You will need a Resident Return visa if the travel facility on your current visa has expired (your first granted permanent visa has a 5 year travel facility) or is about to expire and you want to travel overseas and retain your permanent resident status.


Eligibility:

· Subclass 155 – lived in Australiamore than 2 years accumulatively, up to five years from the date of grant.

· Subclass 157 – lived in Australia less than 2 years accumulatively, 3 months from date of grant.


Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485)

Features:

This visa is usually called TR (Temporary Resident) and is a temporary work visa for international students who graduate in Australia. The holder of this visa can live, study, tour and work in Australia. It offers students enough time to improve their capacity of allaspects to meet immigration requirements. Students can work, study, go on atour or complete a professional year.


Eligibility:

· Live in Australia.

· Hold a valid visa.

· Study in Australia at least 2 years.

· Less than 6 months to graduate. 

Work and Holiday Visa (Subclass 462/417)

Features:

462/417 working holiday visas allow young people to experience life in Australia without having to look for work in advance to sponsor or participate in expensive college exchange programs. 


Eligibility:

· Hold a valid Chinese passport.

· Aged 18, under 31 when lodge the application.

· Adequate financial support for the stay in Australia (about AUD5,000).

· Sufficient funds to purchase a return trip or other trip at the end of a working holiday.

· Have higher education qualifications or have completed at least 2 years of university study.

· Basic English ability (equivalent to IELTS scores of 4.5 or above). 

Visitor Visa (Subclass 600)

Features:

This visa is for people who want to come to Australia to go on holiday, go sightseeing,  engage in social activities, entertain, visit family and friends or make a short visit that is not for work purpose.


Eligibility:

· Your aim is to travel, go onbusiness trip or visit family and friends.
